Tsuwa Thompson is the founder and Chief Executive Officer, RtHE Consult (RtHE Consult Ltd). While conceiving RtHE Consult in his mind, Tsuwa had one desire for the company; that RtHE Consult would provide businesses, vibrant and customer focussed consulting and training solutions that would inspire a fresh level of confidence in businesses to deliver remarkable results.

While having an educational background in the sciences, Biochemistry, Mr. Thompson found himself thrust into the corporate world and has played various roles in supply chain management, sales and marketing and general management functions. Tsuwa has interfaced with leadership teams in various sectors (from Construction, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing to Oil and Gas and Mining) and developed unique perspectives on how to support such firms as an external partner.

Tsuwa Thompson is a man that exalts the strongest of values with integrity being his watch-word. He saw the need for a more focussed, consulting services offering, for businesses in West Africa and beyond, and left his firm to add value to other companies on a wider platform. Tsuwa's goal is to lead and build RtHE Consult into a business that will add value to its clients' businesses and inspire confidence in them to excel and fulfil their dreams and goals while building a vibrant, empowered and motivated team as he leverages on his experiences in value and culture entrenchment, transformational leadership and faith.

In his free time, Mr. Thompson will be found at business forums, reading a book, writing a book, watching a movie and best of all, spending time with his lovely wife.
